Beyond a Bad Experience!! I drove an hour and a half from Charlotte with price and trade agreement in hand only to be met with the classic squeeze, bait-and-switch tactics. This, after I emptied my entire car, including two children's car seats, and loaded everything into the new car. The sales person I dealt with over the phone guaranteed me that nothing would change once I arrived. Then, the New Car Sales Manager tried to reduce the agreed upon trade-in amount by three thousand dollars at the last minute, claiming that due to gas prices my car (2009 Sequoia) would be too hard to sell. What they don't realize is that it is going to cost them much more than three thousand dollars in lost business after I review and report them to Honda, TrueCar.com, and every other online site I can find. I received this service from New Car Sales Manager, Bryan Messick. Good news is, I returned to Charlotte and received a better deal anyway.
