Crossroads Ford of Henderson

Feel as though they used a bait and switch tactic. Promised one price that was posted on the car. When returned to communicate with the sales manager was given a different excuse. Then stated a refund of a dollar amount would be given. They said ford would not allow it. In addition to that they suggested that the new models were selling for a much higher price. As if them posting one price and ending with another price should be acceptable. No I would not recommend this dealership.
