hey care only about money, not the customer, especially repeat customers. What I thought would be a pleasant experience turned out to be a nightmare! First I brought my car in for maintenance and was constantly having my date pushed out for repairs until it was well after a month. In the interim, I decided to trade my car and since I was a repeat customer, I worked with the same salesperson Randy Barber that I bought my initial car. As a salesperson, it would have been nice had he said to me "before you purchase that car consider the downgrade you are looking into, etc..and then make a decision". I ended up buying a 2022 Jeep Compass Limited (a serious downgrade from the 2022 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Lux that I owned). After driving the car for less than a day, I informed Randy I was highly displeased and wanted to return the car. This dealership seriously low-balled me and offered me nearly $5,000 depreciation on a day old car and end result the salesperson Randy sent me a new Buyer's Order for more money to get back into Jeep Cherokee. After constantly texting Randy Barber, and him ignoring my texts, I ended up buying a car with Classic Chrysler in Pineville. The finance manager called me, wouldn't let me get off the phone, and within 30 minutes had the numbers worked out and offered me the full value of my less than a week old car (SIGHT UNSEEN) and traded me back into a 2022 Jeep Cherokee fully loaded and I wasn't out of any money all in the same day. As the manager told me, they look into the value and appreciation of their customer, it's not just about the money. Capital Jeep has lost a customer in me. My business will be with Classic Chrysler Jeep where I felt appreciated.
