WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! I would give them ZERO stars if I could! Purchased a 2013 Honda Crosstour from them 2 months ago. Had some minor paint work that needed to be done, and I was assured it would be fixed. The first time I brought it back, the guy did a poor job and apologized. I actually had to call the sales rep to find out what happened. So I brought it back a second time. The second time, the painter didn't show up, even though the sales rep confirmed the appointment the day before. The sales rep then assured me that someone would travel to my house/work to do the job. After numerous calls, and finally getting in touch w/ the GM, I had an appointment. The painter showed up, said he would need to do it at another location, so we set it up for my house the following weekend. He never showed up. So, I'm back to calling on the dealership, who now doesn't return my calls. (The GM, sales manager, and sales rep...none of them return calls.) They want to pick my car up (which is what they wanted to do when they were selling me this car), and drive it 90 minutes away for them to fix their bad job at their location. I'm actually willing to drive it down there, but they won't call me back. They are horrible. I could name names in this, but I won't. Just stay away from them. One other lesson learned....if you don't take my advice and stay away, and would like something fixed by them, make sure it's fixed before you pay for it.
