I communicated with Matt and then Erick regarding trading my Mercedes GLK350 for a Mercedes E350. This was the easiest, fastest transaction I have ever experienced! No pushing salesmen, no wanting to add 15 different options, no all day sitting in a dealership waiting for someone's manager's manager's, general manager to approved bartering back and forth. I will be returning and asking for Erick or Matt. I would highly recommend both!
