It was a great experience working with Hi-Line Garage team in making a vehicle purchase for my son. They have a great selection of Pre-owned vehicles! I've purchased many (10+) throughout my life and 90% of the times it seems too long and drawn out of a process. Matt & Rich both provided great information and insight into the vehicle that eventually purchased. I was impressed with the transparency when Rich went over the Car Fax report before I got a chance to request it. From the vehicle questions, inspections & test drive, to the application & form signing all seemed to take just enough time. I didn't feel captured or like I was in a middle of a home closing. Finally the day after I had calling my insurance company on my to do list but got very busy at work and forgot. I received a call from Geico while I was at work the next day who said they had Chris on the other line from Hi-Line following up on the insurance component. That was another very helpful piece to this whole great car buying experience.
