Hi-Line Autohaus
Dealership Sales Review
Hi-Line's prices are non-negotiable, which we liked. They charge the price they've listed for a car plus a $700 fee. The only other fees are NC sales taxes and DMV fees. The sales process was low-pressure and very straightforward. Once we got over to financing, the process was similarly low pressure. Like many dealers, Hi-Line puts out car loans for bids from lenders and you can compare rates. Financing is typically where car dealers get you with confusing options, but again things were very straight forward. We were given the choice of a straight loan, loan + extended warranty, loan + extended warranty + GAP insurance, and loan + extended warranty + GAP insurance + stain treatment. Everything was very well-explained and our detailed questions were all answered entirely to our satisfaction. From end-to-end we felt like things moved very efficiently and again, were low pressure especially by the standards of typical used car dealers. We would definitely buy from them again, and if you're looking for a higher-end vehicle that's just come off a lease they are a very good option.
