Looking to buy a new Odyssey. Realize the stock is low. Visisted Crown as they are close. Gave them a chance to earn our business. They failed miserably. Price on vehicle was in line with pricing recieved from other dealers, but attitude, experience, and trade in valuation was horrible. They have the typical Honda dealership attitude of we rock and we don't have to do anything to earn your business. The trade in we got on our Honda CRV was the lowest we received from all the dealerships we are looking at, including non dealers. When I told them we had other higher offers, they said, oh well, guess you should go buy from them then. That is the one thing they got right.
