The car shopping experience was okay. Though I feel the vehicles were overpriced Luis did a great job and was VERY patient with me. The financial manager, Tony, that I was taken to was absolutely horrible! He has no personality and only cared about getting as much of my money as he could. He showed me extended warranties and when I told him they were out of my budget he MAGICALLY found a lowered priced deal. Two weeks later now he COMPLETELY screwed up my payment plan. I called and he offered no help at all. He just gave me a phone number! I got to calling it and had to change the account # he did wrong, as well as the draft dates (he put them on the wrong weeks AND wrong days of the week). If I were to judge my experience on his service alone I would have never bought the car there and would never go back. I hope I never have to deal with him again. Horrible salesperson and a horrible employee for Honda to have under their name.
