Hertz Car Sales Charlotte

Called and made an apt at 4:00pm for the next day at opening. Drove 1 hr to find that the car was sold the day before at 4:30pm. They closed at 7:00pm...so they had plenty of time to call and let me know. Also, the apt was with Johnnie at 10:00am...found out he was not even coming in until 11:00. He had zero customer service to not only call to let me know that the car was sold (the least someone could do) but to not even show up. Absolutely awful experience. I never put up reviews, so hopefully this will help someone save time and move on. Some prices seemed good (suspiciously, they usually were sold already) while others were very high. Also, all the cars in the lot were very dirty....would not trust this dealer.
