Eddie always makes me feel like a valued guest. The advisors promptly greet you at arrival and help you navigate the service process. My loaner cars are always in pristine condition without cigarette smoke smell! Waiting area allows for privacy and comfort. Complimentary beverages and snacks are available. I enjoy receiving service walk through video with updates and suggestions. It makes it easy to share with others. My advisor makes recommendations based my budget and safety priorities. I don't feel like I am being sold a service I don't need at the moment. I love that they wash my car prior to pick up. All these little extra courtesies entice me to come back again and again.
