Always good experience. People and environment are very good. Service is explained in detail and results are good and that’s is what counts. Also, price is reasonable. Where they fail, is selling outdated GPS systems and emergency brakes that are useless. When I pointed the emergency brake floor the service people agreed but just said that what Lexus wants. 🤪. Also, the GPS system was outdated the day I purchased the car but the contract said it had updated capacity for 3 years. That was a lie.
