Sold me a vehicle without disclosing a serious accident

I purchased a certified Pre-owned 2014 Mustang with 4,000 miles, one owner, no accident, very clean car! What I got was a 2014 mustang that had an accident reported with another vehicle, side airbag deployed, vehicle deemed not derivable, severe damage reported. And the only way i found this out was when I went to trade the car into another dealer a year later. And they told me the car is worth half of what I paid for it even tho I've only put on 10,000 miles on the vehicle. They went out of their way to lie to me and to make sure the vehicle was officially in my hands that they brought the vehicle that same Saturday evening at 9pm all the way to my house in Asheville NC which is two hours away, and demanded the down payment immediately. Even though the dealership agreed to keep it on the lot for me till Monday. Now I have been trying to keep contact with Kirk - Used car manager. But after a week of giving me the runaround, according to him the only thing he CAN offer me is a maintenance plan. Capitol Ford you lied to my face. You made sure this car was off your lot ASAP. And then lied about knowing of the accident, and now you're offering me a service plan, which means you admit to the mess up you made. DO NOT do business with these people. I asked for a compensation after loosing at least $12,000 in value due to your lies and I basically was told to go screw myself. This will be posted all over the web and shared with the news channels as well. Also you will be receiving a letter from my lawyer this week unless we can come to a HONEST and REALISTIC compensation agreement on making this right.

Alex, thank you for the feedback regarding your 2014 Mustang that was purchased from us in September of 2014. While we understand your current frustration, we are discouraged that we are just now hearing about any issues with the vehicle 2 years later and 4 months after you traded it in elsewhere. The Mustang that you purchased had been traded in to us only 3 weeks prior to you taking delivery. The customer who traded it in signed off as having no damage. At that time, the vehicle also reported a clean Carfax. We can now see the Carfax report was updated the same day as the delivery was made. Unfortunately, we are left with little options since you traded the vehicle with another dealership as of May 2016. We could have worked something out if you had contacted us prior to last week and before you traded the vehicle in 4 months ago. In an effort to put our best foot forward, we offered you a maintenance plan on the vehicle you currently own that was purchased elsewhere. We wish this situation had been brought to our attention earlier as it would have provided us with more options. Our top priority is to provide our customers with the highest level of service.
