onI simply cannot find enough superlatives to describe my experiences at this service department. The staff is friendly, courteous, and competent to a high level. Problems have been taken care of without difficulty, and I have received a service loaner whenever I have requested one. My Sonata is a new design and unfortunately has had more first year problems than I would have liked. But the service inspires trust and confidence to the degree that I am willing to work through the problems. I would buy another Hyundai or Subaru, the other car the dealer sells, because I would want to remain under the care of this service department.
