Two hours for an oil change

I took my 2019 car in for scheduled service and arrived 10 minutes early to the appointment time. Sat there for over two hours for tire rotation and an oil change. I like the dealership, but this is simply not competitive with other services and is not a good use of my time. Please improve this process to one hour maximum!
