QuickLane for service works in my schedule .

On the way out of the office to get my car serviced, a co-worker asked where I took my car for service. I explained QuickLane and it's attributes. She said she goes to Jiffy-Lube, I said I used to, but Quicklane is so much better. We talked a few more moments before I left. I got to Quicklane and the little signs says it would be an hour wait. I had my laptop and could use the time to catch up on work. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and professional.The service took right at an hour and I was on my way. What a pain to take the time to go get the car serviced in lifes busy schedule. Crossroads Cary is my dealership and Quicklane is part of my normal schedule. It works and I'm happy. Thanks!
