I'm a snowbird so I go to your dealership for my scheduled oil change, etc. before I return to Michigan. In Michigan I get my scheduled oil change, etc. before I return to North Carolina. Your staff is very polite and helpful. I don't have to wait long for my service on my 2014 Escape.
