This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Crossroads Ford in Cary in the last 10 years. One reason I keep coming back is because of the great people they have working for them. Once through the initial purchasing process, it is all about the maintenance on the vehicle. I've not had to go to the main service department often, mostly to the Quick Lane. My experience has been that both places have knowledgeable, friendly staff, who listen to the customer and communicate well with them. This goes a long ways in making me feel good about my decision to purchase from Crossroads Ford. Thanks for making life easier!
