Went in for a routine oil change. The gentleman that helped us was very friendly. He greeted us as we walked in and checked us in. He then told us we could have a seat in the waiting area and that he had just made a fresh pot of coffee. We were there for maybe thirty minutes. Everyone that walked by spoke and even stopped to talk. Very good experience. This is why I've bought my last two Hondas from this dealership. I live an hour away but I keep coming back here because I've always received great service.
