Mohawk Honda

Last year, I upgraded from a Honda Civic to a Honda CRV. The sales staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I had been to other dealerships, but chose to work with Mohawk because of their low pressure sales approach, selection and service department. My sales rep, Mike, was terrific. Five years ago, my husband bought a Honda Pilot from another dealership and after he left the lot, they didn't follow up with him once. Within a week after I purchased the car Mohawk Honda, Mike called to check in - which was prefect because I had a couple questions about the navigation system, which he answered on the spot. A year after my purchase, Mike called to make sure everything was going o.k. with the car - now that's service! In regards to the service department - they are very honest. Another dealership told my husband he had to replace all the tires on our Honda Pilot, so I took it to Mohawk Honda to get a second opinion - and they said the tires were fine!
