I don't usually write reviews, but I'm happy to do so for my purchase at Goldstein: 5 star Dealer! Got a great late model used car at an excellent price and they made my experience feel like I was buying new. Everyone at the dealership was very knowledgeable, friendly, and delivered on their promises. After seeing the online ad, Rachel was my initial contact, set up the appointment, and when the weather turned bad at the last minute, was happy to reschedule. I traveled 150 miles to the dealership and the car was exactly as described in the ad and as promised. When I arrived, Jace had the car looking great and all set for the test drive. We had a relaxed, wide ranging test drive, allowing me to get a good feel for the car on all road conditions. Also, I wanted to check for leaks and he was happy to put the car through their on-site wash - no problem! The car was priced right, the team honored a discount coupon with no hassle and the transaction was completed smoothly and on time, very important given the distance I was driving. Post sale, I was pleasantly surprised to be given a followup checkup by a very efficient service department. Also, the lifetime car wash and power train warranty is a great bonus. I've had the car for a little over a month, put a couple thousand miles on it, and I am very happy.
