I used to think it was just because I bought my car here that they were giving me special treatment, but having eavesdropped on several conversations while in the service department, I realized it's just a great culture backed by people that really care. I feel like Rob is the leader of this mentality and what a great thing for Honda. Attention to detail, knowledge and support. Place is great.
