Horrible customer service

onMy 2013 LR2 HSE had less then 1000 miles on it and we had to take in in because of it bogging down when starting.
I was promised the vehicle everyday for a week. Needless to say by the end of the week I was livid. Not only did I not get a loaner car but was now told they were once again ordering more parts for it, but promised I would have my vehicle by the following monday. (During this time I had left a message for our salesman who told us they would detail the vehicle when we brought it back since they didnt do that before we took it home. He never returned my call. ) So Monday comes around I call to find out the status of truck and once again am told they had to order yet ANOTHER part and was told I would have truck back on Tuesday. Tuesday night I did finally get my truck back but it is still not running right. And the BEST part was when I went to go to work on Wednesday I found out it was on empty! Thanks for that guys! My experience dealing with Land Rover of Parssippany has NOT been a very good experience at all.
I should have walked out the 1st day when we were told truck would be ready in 2 hours to go have lunch whatever. I was not ready. Another 4 hours later still not detailed but we could take it home. Horrible horrible service in every area of this dealer.
