All American Ford of Hackensack

Definitely would recommend this place to anyone buying a new car. The salespeople and staff are all friendly and seem like normal people. They were not too pushy or condescending as I've found over and over again at other dealers. I am really sick of being treated like a moron because I'm a woman and a first time (new) car buyer, but luckily I did not experience this here. I did my homework, so I was prepared to bargain and go home with the car I wanted and that's what I got at this dealer. The staff was also very pleasant and courteous. My kids ran around the showroom and watched tv in the service lounge and were treated very well overall. I was buying a very affordable car but I was treated as if I was a valued customer. The car salesmen, Jim, was wonderful and made the experience much less stressful. Ford of Englewood should send their salespeople to this dealer for customer service training.
