I initially inquired about turning in my leased Dodge Charger and wanted to get into a Subaru Ascent through their website and received a reply via e-mail within an hour. When I set up an appointment, we met Lester right away and began the process. Previously, with other dealers, the process would take about half a day to complete. Lester ensured we did the test drive and paperwork in a timely fashion, and at the same time making the experience fun. I felt like a made a new friend! We reached the dealer at around 3PM and was gone with the new vehicle by 5:30. This was the quickest I ever did a vehicle trade. I recommend this dealer for anyone!
