DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota

We recently looked to replace our 1998 Toyota Sienna with a new Toyota. MJ Herring is the salesman I met when I walked in off the street in September, and I was very impressed by his no-pressure, friendly yet professional style. When my wife and I returned for a RAV4 test-drive, we got to know MJ a little better and we really liked what we saw - a very bright and personable individual with great integrity. He loves Toyotas, yet our various conversations included open and fair assessments (both the pros and cons) of competing car makes, where we found that we had mutual positions. We left the test-drive feeling that we would probably buy a RAV4, and that we would definitely feel comfortable doing business with MJ and DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota. Several weeks later, we were ready to buy, and we returned to MJ to find us a new RAV4. A week or so later, we closed the deal - encountering only pleasant surprises in the process - and we drove off in a great car with a full tank of gas, courtesy of MJ and DCH. When times comes to replace my 2000 VW soon, I'll definitely start the process with Toyota, DCH and MJ Herring.
