i normally dont take the time to write these reviews however when i feel someone deserves them i do!This will be my second Rav4 that i bought an 06 to a 10 i wanted to take advantage of the low financing.The general sales manager Lee Burns made it possible for me to have what i wanted as there were only 5 in the search in all of ny nj n conn of the pearl white w/gray leather limited n half were tan leather (i wanted gray)he came thru for me by the efforts he put into it the very next day as i had been there near closing the nite b/f.He located it had it brought to his dealership i cam,e to look at it of course fell n love w/it as well as him and his sales person,Rich,he went over every detail of my car w/me!"he went slowly until i got everything!he was great "polite curtous not pushy very patient w/me!All the people there in the different depts that i had to transfer to were just as great!Id highly recommend drivin the extra mile to deal w/this dealership as well as being very competitive in their prices!LOVED THEM!oh and i even got an invite next month to a "New owner clinic"as well as Free oil changes for the 1st 10,000 miles!who has it better than me!!!!
