I just bought a new Rav4. I have to say that it was the least stressful car buying experience in a long time. The first price DCH gave me was the the same as the best price I received from any of the 3 other Toyota dealers...and this was after I haggled back and forth with them for a week! DCH's approach is the way I loke to do business.
