DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota

I recently leased a RAV4 at this dealership. The sales rep was Heather Schraud. This is the fourth Toyota that I am buying/leasing from DCH and Heather. She is very personable, never pushy, and always helpful and willing to guide you through the car buying process which has been gruesome and intimidating for me and my wife with some other salespeople. When I turned in my last Toyota, the lease company charged me for 4 tires with worn down treads, and Heather managed to get them to waive the charges saving me $800. We appreciate that. I highly recommend Heather if you are looking for a Toyota.
