The dealership was clean, comfortable, staff courteous and responsive. Eduardo O. is a bright salesperson, knowledgeable regarding Prius, answered every question immediately or found the correct individual who could. There were no aggressive sales tactics, no condescension (yes, as a female I still run into this and ran into it at the time of the purchase when viewing new and used cars at other dealerships). My wishes were respected by other staff regarding declination of other services. After the purchase (a month later), an inaccuracy was found with the title which was rectified by this salesperson. All in all, a very refreshing and satisfying experience.
