Dealership Sales Review
My car was delivered on a Saturday with a faulty Nav system. My first trip in it to the service department. Where I was told to just allow more time, which I did. The following Tuesday I returned again to have the Nav system fixed. They called me down to retrieve my car, only to discover that the Nav screen worked, but the Nav system still did not work. So, back again that same evening. Next day I'm told the whole system needs replacing. That it will be fixed, detailed to showroom finish, and delivered. Then a call saying it was only a faulty antenna, it was replaced, detailed, and on its way. It arrived with a fixed Nav system, finally, but now the console has been damaged, oily, muddy stains were left on the passenger floor, and the interior is covered in white fuzz, with water spots all over the interior. Third attempt, they promised a loner, delivered, for the following Tuesday, which came and went without so much as a phone call. Needless to say, I now have NO confidence in this dealer or their service department. I have kept my word at every step of this process...I'm still waiting for Acura of Wappingers Falls, to do the same. I'm still waiting for my brand new luxury car to look and operate as advertised and paid for.
