There is a reason Van Bortel is the third largest Subaru dealership in the US. No hassle and simple ordering of a high demand 2015 STI. These are all sold before they hit the dealers lot. Karl was a great salesmen that made the process simple and easy. He was accessible via phone, email, and text. Honest and up front about delays and the status of my order, it is hard to not get frustrated waiting for almost five months, but having someone stay on contact and reply quickly to questions made it easy. I cannot recommend Van Bortel more and ask for Karl if you want an honest salesman.
