Romano Subaru

In the begining the experiance was good. They told us one thing and when we went in to close the deal we were told something else. After failed attempts to reach our sales person ( called all day and got no call back) I decided this was not a good fit and cancelled the deal. The sales person called my husband, yelled at him and the manager tried to say he did one thing when it didn't happen. This is my 2nd dealing with a Romano dealership and should remember that they screwed us over the last time. Never again.
