Romano Subaru
Dealership Sales Review
The buying experience itself was not bad for us when we leased a Subaru in July of 2009. The follow up experience after a serious mistake made by the dealership was awful. Dealership failed to adhere to contractual promise to pay off an existing lease after we took possession of our new Subaru. When they finally paid off the previous lease it was already 45 days late which seriously affected our credit rating with the credit bureau. When we attempted to get help rectifying the situation from the Sales Manager we were met with basic used car salesman negotiating tactics as if we were trying to buy a new vehicle. The Sales Manager has not stuck to his commitment to rectify the situation for us with the credit bureau and we are stuck with this negative credit rating on our credit report. I would not recommend this dealership as the Sales Manager cannot be trusted to follow up in an appropriate manner with mistakes made by his dealership.
