Lamacchia Honda

I recently worked with some employees at Lamacchia while exploring options for a lease that was ending. I had been a customer for 20 plus years at Lamacchia and had also recommended to people at my large employer to shop there also. My most recent experience was extremely disappointing. I had texts and phone calls go unanswered. I then left a message in follow up with the owner’s son asking for any assistance and received no communication. From what I experienced the dealership has definitely lost the family feel that I had always previously had. I honestly felt de-valued as a loyal, longtime customer. I then went to a Mazda dealership in our area and had a great experience.
