Obnoxious and arrogant sales personel. Shady deals.

The person who appraised my trate-in valued it a full 30% below what 2 other dealerships appraised it at. His comment when I complained and told him what I expected was " Good luck getting that". The only problem was, I already had it - IN WRITING! I would never do business with this dealership. I did not feel that they were at all interested in having me as a customer or that I could trust any deal I made there.
