Overall horrible service

Horrible service department. I can't beleve I actually bought a car from them previously. The manager looked down on me. Can you belive it? Anyway, he asked me where I lived and told me to go get it fixed elsewhere. I showed up with my Mother's C300 Mercedes that just needed a tire plugged from a nail. I have two others over $150k plus a Range Rover. My husband called and complained, a general manager extended his apologies to me but on this case apology NOT excepted. This wasn't a misundestanding, I was purporsely treated badly. The receptionist answered me snobbish, I told her I'm on the system " meaning I'm a client of course " she didn't bother to look me up. She said; I would recomend to put air on the tire but that won't fix the problem. Of course not, thanks for nothing. Go to Mercedes-Benz Manhattan or Southampton please, they are very professional always!

Hi Mrs. S- thank you for bringing your service experience to our attention. Although you are not accepting apologies, I would like to extend my apology to you none the less. What you have described is certainly not in any way or circumstance the way that I expect a customer, current, past or potential, to be treated. This type of behavior does not promote happy clients or good word of mouth for us in the community. Where you live has no relevance to us, nor does the make of your vehicle. We service any vehicle, but in some cases will recommend a shop more suitable depending on the concern. Your situation however, was one we could have handled with no problem, other than not stocking tires for Mercedes vehicles had you needed one.
