Great friendly service and very accommodating. This is our fifth lease with Lexus of Smithtown. Our salesperson Samantha was great. She is always polite whether it be on the phone or in person. She was very patient with us especially due to the fact we had difficult decisions to make given the current economic climate. She was very informative and thorough, and showed us every option available. She was even very helpful when we had questions after the deal. In addition, Rob our technician was awesome. He was very informative and patient with two people who struggle with technology. We are using most of the tricks he showed us and everything is working well. I would recommend Samantha to anyone who wants to purchase/lease a vehicle and hope Rob would be the technician. Thank you Lexus of Smithtown.
