We just purchased a 2024 Rav4 XSE Hybrid at Bob Johnson Toyota and had a superb experience all the way around. We had specific safety features we wanted as well as a color choice. We hoped to avoid too many added features we did not need, and we wanted a fair price and a knowledgable salesperson. Inventory now is becoming more favorable with much shorter wait times and more competitive pricing than even a few months ago. Salah Shaibi was a tremendous help to us throughout this entire process and the sale was smoother because of his attention to detail and regard for our wishes. I imagine every buyer has their own unique perspective when buying a car and Salah understood our situation and worked with us to obtain the car we wanted. He also has a familiarity with he technical aspects of the vehicle which was helpful when picking up the car and learning the new features. His sales manager was extremely helpful throughout this process, and I already know their superb service adviser, Pat Capozzi, so my future needs will be well cared for as well.
