they are total [violative content removed], they pile up lots of small fees, prep fee for new car (included in MRSP), they do nothing just get you with a $40 detail/wash certificate, high interest rate if you finance, they put plates, insurance before you sign to make sure you buy it. the problem is all dealers are [violative content removed] in long island and they have to do this to survive. unpleasant experience, including waiting 5 hours to get to a finance guy who was very bored. anyhow, their service department is very professional.
