I was matched to Ryan Kelly in sales and he was down to earth, listened to what I wanted, my short list of essentials, and budget and showed me vehicles that were appropriate. I never felt pressured. All my questions got answered. There was always follow-up and it was just the right amount at the right time. I saw teamwork among the staff members in the sales department each of the three times I came in Ruge's and that impressed me. The paperwork/purchase day seemed to go smoothly and everyone was very friendly. They seemed really organized. Paul Area in finance was super friendly too and answered all my questions. Ryan asked another staff person in house to transfer my plates and bike roof rack from my old car to my new car and he willingly stepped up to the task; it was an efficient use of time as I signed forms. I was thankful for the painless process and drove away feeling really happy with my purchase and relieved with the experience of buying a car. Ryan is a strong communicator with both his client and his teammates. He was thoughtful on the little things too - he transferred over my EZ pass to the new vehicle and removed my old keys from the key chain for me as I traded in my old car. Oh and the detail job on my new car was fabulous too! Scratches I had noticed inside the door handle got buffed out. My car sparkles at the present moment! Thank you.
