Queensbury Auto Mall

I found a vehicle (truck) on line that I was very interested in. I emailed the dealership followed up with a phone call. It was a Sunday morning, we live in Maine and the car dealers here are not open on Sunday. I expected to have to leave a voice message and I was pleasantly surprised when someone answered. Now, the gentleman that answered told me that he was the dealership owner and that Sunday was his day off but he would be more than happy to help me out. Whitin 15 minutes Matt and I had come to an agreement and I bought the truck.. Arangements were made for me to pick up the truck in two days and the deal was done. In over 55 years of driving I have never bought a vehicle over the phone, but, I am very happy that I did. The truck was exactly as Matt described it to me and more. The whole process start to finish is the best car buying experience ever! My wife and I walked into Queenbury (NY) Auto Mall as complete strangers and we left with a great bunch of friends, Matt the owner, Matt (Chewey) the owners son, John another salesperson, a young Man I assumed to be the service manager and a young gun from the service department ALL treated us extremely well and courteous. In fact, that evening we had dinner at a restaurant recommended to us by John and Chewey and was approached by John, he again thanked us for buying from the dealership and thanked us from driving so far to be there. He went out of his way to be nice! I would recommend Queensbury Auto Mall for their great people and their inventory is top notch. Thanks guys and gals for a great experience. Mike and Beth
