Garvey Kia

My experience buying a new car at Garvey Kia in Queensbury was excellent. I went in knowing which car I wanted and had a price in mind. I also had a lot of questions. Claude Middleton was my sales person. He was able to answer most of my questions. Anything he could not answer himself he went directly to the parts manager or service manager to get accurate answers. The negotiation process went smoothly and I was satisfied that I got a good deal without any of the "slight of hand" I had recently encountered at another dealership. Claude took care of all the paperwork and I was able to leave with a new car the same day. It was as easy a car buying experience as I've ever had.
