Garvey Kia

When I first started looking for a new vehicle, I knew Kia was on my list. I only knew of two other Kia dealerships in the Capital District, and I was uncomfortable purchasing a vehicle from them, so I traveled about an hour up to Queensbury. I never regretted my decision. The dealership has a family feel. Everyone worked together to answer questions, explain things, and look for what I wanted. Claude Middleton was extremely helpful in showing the car, and following up regularly to see if I had any questions. I never felt pressure to make a decision, only the desire to help me make a decision. If that decision wasn't a Kia, that would have been ok too. It was this attentiveness, in addition to the great vehicle that convinced me. Other dealerships I visited didn't even call me back after multiple messages. I'm very happy with my choice in selecting Garvey Kia as my new dealership. The people at Garvey make my hour drive for service worth while.
