Garvey Kia

On Feb 4th my wife and I began our journey to look at and possibly lease a new car. After a couple of stops at other dealerships in the Glen Falls/Queensbury area we decided to stop at Garvey KIA. My sister had just purchased a KIA and given it great reviews so my wife wanted to see first hand what see was all excited about. From the moment we opened the front door until the moment we picked up our new Sportage 4 days later the entire experience was the best that we have ever had in our 36 years of buying cars as a couple. The professionalism that was shown by our salesperson, Claude Middleton, Matthew in finance and the other sales staff was fantastic. At no time did we ever feel pressured and were made to feel very comfortable by all. They even tried to feed us but of course it was the first day on our get healthy diets. The color and AWD that we wanted was not on their lot but they were able to locate it and have it ready for us in 3 working days. The entire time that Claude spent going over the Sportage and all its features with my wife, whom is the primary driver, was well over 20 minutes and then he even took us for a test drive and filled up the gas tank for us. Going forward Garvey will be doing all the service for us even though it is a 45 minute drive for us. Thanks to all !!
