Dealership Sales Review
I purchased a vehicle and in less than four months I needed to replace the water pump. I paid full price for the car and in return expected a vehicle that did not have issues. I was told by my mechanic and the dealer's service department that this issue had been around for some time. Not only could I not get a prompt call back when I brought this to the attention of the sales manager; but when I finally did receive a call he rattled off the state of NY laws on used cars and rambled unintelligibly stating there was nothing he could do. Well, what you have done is lost a customer. And without customers, there is no business. You have also damaged the reputation of your establishment. Long term client relationships pay off a whole lot more than any small monetary inconvenience when it was clearly BMW of Hudson Valley's fault for missing the "issue" with my car initially.
