Dealership Service Review
I brought my car in for basic service and was told that the service center had a lot of trouble opening my hood. There was no problem when I dropped the car off, but when I picked the car up after hours, I found the car was left with the hood cable hanging down in the car without the pieces attached. No effort was made to fix it unless I was willing to pay for a entire replacement. The last people who opened the hood was the dealership and there was no problem at that time which was only a few weeks earlier. I will not be bringing my car back for service in the future. no one attempted to fix what they broke and instead blamed it on the age of the Iplastic. If there was a problem, they should’ve stopped before they broke it.
