Awful experience at this dealership. From each aspect of Sales, Manager and Finance department. It is the quintessential nightmare car dealership. I bought my car last month and as soon as I walked off the lot they treated me like I didn't exist. I still, WEEKS later have not received a spare key. I was also charged hundreds of dollars later that has still not been explained. SIX visits for this information, the finance office has been rude and not helpful. The manager is patronizing and the sales people ridiculed me when asking questions. This place was so disappointing and disheartening. As a loyal Nissan customer for the place ten years I would please consider not buying from this dealership or a company that would keep this dealership in business at all. I regret my purchase wholeheartedly and am extremely displeased with the treatment I encountered.
