West Herr Subaru

Leased a Legacy there 3 years ago, had to take the car in 4 times for the same problem as well as others (transmission, Air Conditioner, tire check light-never fixed, vibrations). For some odd reason I leased a forester from there. They gave us a terrible rate but somehow kept the payments close to what we wanted. But... it only made it 36 miles before the starter/alternator/battery went. According to the "salesman" at West Herr this has never happened to him in 1500 sales of vehicles. Really? So I guess I am TWO out of 1500 right? Since my first car was a problem too.This happened Saturday and it is tuesday and we still do not have our brand new forester in our possession yet. West Herr is a good company when everything goes right. But it appears when the crap hits the fan they really struggle. BE SURE TO GET THE EXACT QUOTE BEFORE YOU GET THE DEALERSHIP!!!
