The financince department is a joke, we never even got to the sales dept, after they ran my husbands credti they said they would finance us for 16.9% THATS NUTS, (we financed are new car for a MUCH lower interest rate elsewhere), we were looking at the optima but at the interest rate they wanted us to pay the payment was over 450 a month, yuck, and i told tracy duffy the finance person that it was way too high she said to me " well then maybe we should start looking at a car you can acctually afford, really so sorry that I am not rich and i am not willing to pay that much, THEY ONLY WANT TO DO BUSSINESS WITH PEOPLE WHO HAVE SERIOUS MONEY, TO THEM EVERYONE ELSE IS A PEASANT
